Do you Ship Internationally?

 

We ship both nationally and internationally.Our US Standard Shipping is $12 and takes between 4-5 business days after the items have shipped (US territories not included). We offer FREE US Standard Shipping on all orders over $100. For the rest of the world, we ship at a cost.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

If you want it sooner, you can choose Expedited Shipping for 2 business days delivery at a cost, or a Rush shipping to receive your product in 1 business day at a cost.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email by FedEx. This email will contain your tracking number for delivery updates.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

At the moment, we accept the following forms of payment: Visa, America Express, MasterCard, Discover and Pay Pal.

Return Or Exchange

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your dimyoor.com purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on dimyoor.com, please return the unopened item within 7 days of the arrival of the parcel.
We can only accept returns from orders placed on dimyoor.com.
Purchases made at retail locations or through another web site must be addressed by the original place of purchase.

Damaged Goods

If damages have occurred during shipment to the item(s) in your shipment please contact Di’MYOOR Customer Service no later than the next day following arrival of the goods.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

When an order is placed on dimyoor.com, we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s submitted.

How Can I Return a Product?

We offer Free Returns. Please contact Di’MYOOR Customer Service at customersupport@dimyoor.com to request a return label for your package.

To ensure prompt resolution please provide your order number, name, email address and phone number. Please list the product(s) you received damaged or defective and if you prefer a refund or a replacement order.

A credit or refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of package being received by our distribution center.
