Di’MYOOR will accept, for return or exchange, unused products in their original packaging, unaltered and free of damages by the customer, or used products that came defective or damaged, along with a copy of the original sales receipt, within 7 days from the receipt of the original order.
Please note that items cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days from the receipt of the original order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
A restocking fee of 25% of order value will be deducted from refunds of used products.
ONLINE Purchases
If you would like to return/exchange any product bought online, please contact us at customersupport@dimyoor.com including the reasons for return/exchange, and we will forward you the shipment label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a credit or a refund will be issued.
